BERMUDA

Herman Ingram is many things: independent journalist, unrepentant cynic, borderline alcoholic, and—more recently—aimless. Things change when an anonymous package arrives on his doorstep. Inside are documents detailing a plan to introduce a foreign substance into a major water source.

Initially skeptical, Herman must decide how far he’s willing to go to expose the truth when people associated with the plot begin dropping dead.

"I found the pace of the story to be good, moving between action and suspense. There is also a consistent presence of humor, mainly via Herman and his friend Ray. The humor isn't overwhelming in a way that detracts from the story, which is a plus for me. The characters are well-written and believable but, most importantly, I found them to be interesting.
